The products have still not shipped after three emails with the customer service.

Really unhappy with the shipping department of Amazon. Ten days have passed since I placed the order on April, 16, and the department has not even shipped out the products.
And the reply from the customer service that it would be shipped on April 23 certainly did not come to pass. So much precious time was wasted in the shipping department. Never have I waited so long for a package to ship elsewhere. It really sucks.
Is there a grievance department to file this complaint (extremely, peculiar tardiness)?
Second, as noted on the Amazon website, there is no import fee deposit, but why am I still charged an import fee of $13.96 for this purchase??? Can I be refunded in this asap.

Pissed off at the shipping process
It has been 10 day since my order was placed on April 10, and they don't even ship the product yet. An Amazon customer Resolution specialist politely replied to me twice that it was entering shipping process at the shipping department.
Never have I waited so long for a product to ship out (over 10 days), so much precious time has been wasted at the shipping department, which really sucks.
Despite the customer service's reply that they will inform me asap, the products is still waiting to be shipped. Never experienced such a peculiar tardiness.

Worst Customer Service
To Whom it may concern:
I had the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Last evening I called Amazon to request a simple refund due to being double charged for a purchase I recently made.
Instead of receiving a refund I had to argue with two representatives for a total of 17 minutes by the end of the phone call one of your representatives who had previously identified himself as a supervisor felt it was okay to call me a *** and a *** I am completely appauled by this experience and in total shock!It is completely unacceptable to be spoken to in such a horrible manner that is not even fitting for an animal. In all my years I have never been so offended or disrespected.
